[keycloak-dev] Keycloak Admin Console guide (for UPS)

Hello,

for the UPS guide, I added a little section that walks the UPS user through
the UI of the "Keycloak Admin Console" (focused on AeroGear's need (E.g. no
talk on social login or Federation).

It would be nice if you could take a look on the PR:
