[keycloak-dev] passport node.js feedhenry

Not sure what you mean.  Auth-code-grant and bearer auth should be for 
Node.js server.  Same as servlet containers.  I was hoping for a plugin 
to Passport [1].  A lot could be borrowed from keycloak.js browser 
javascript adapter.
