[keycloak-dev] subsystem status

Forked and ported Stan's subsystem to AS7/EAP 6.1.  I still have some 
cleanup work to do, but what this means is that we will no longer have 
special examples directories in the distribution!  Installation and 
configuration between AS7/EAP/Wildfly will be consistent too.

The side effect of this is that I'll have to redo some of the 
screencasts.  But that was inevitable.  I hope to be done by Friday.
