Sent https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak/pull/221 , which fixes Oracle 
and Sybase. Both allow length of columns and tables to be max 30 
characters, so I needed to rename some to have shorter names. Still have 
some issues with MSSQL2012 and IBM DB2. In MSSQL2012 just one test is 
failing, so I am quite close but definitely don't want to block a
