[keycloak-dev] formatting messed up a little

Its weird, it varies as I widen the browser page.  Sometimes the buttons 
are positioned correctly sometimes not.  Sometimes "username or" is 
positioned over "email" sometimes it isn't.  I can make this happen with 
as large as 1000 pixel width browser page.
