[keycloak-dev] Proposed changes to dist bundles

Keep the name appliance-dist please as we have a war-dist.  One is a 
Wildfly bundle, the other is a war.

Also, if you change the directory structure, you will require me to redo 
some of the screencast demos.  Which I was hoping to avoid until 1.0.Final.
