[keycloak-dev] Release status

[Stian Thorgersen]

I've tested all examples (including js-console, themes, providers) on the appliance-dist. 

I've also tested installing the WAR dist on AS 7.1.1, EAP 6.2, EAP 6.3.beta and WF 8.1.0.CR2 + the preconfigured demo on all of those.

IMO we're ready to release ;)
