[keycloak-dev] AS 7.1.1 broken in master

Currently AS 7.1.1 is broken on latest master due to this: 
https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak/blob/master/server/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/jboss-deployment-structure.xml#L19 
.

To workaround that, I've needed to remove it from 
auth-server.war/WEB-INF/jboss-deployment-structure.xml and comment whole 
"webservices" extension and subsystem in standalone.xml .

Seems that we should fix it for release or drop support of JBoss AS 7.1.1.

Thoughts?
