FYI: Generic OIDC is not enough.  OIDC does not have a SP logout 
callback.  So, the admin console would not be able to remotely logout 
the user.  There's also a few other events that the admin console can 
push to SPs, i.e. Not-before policies, and later on, black/white lists.
