[keycloak-dev] 2M diff between demo-dist and server-dist

The plan is that server-dist will be built on WF servlets-only and should be ~30MB or something. It would not include the adapters, nor support deploying JEE apps.

The demo-dist will include the docs and examples. It would include WF full. Also, my hope was that the demo would come pre-configured and deployed. So to try Keycloak and demos all that is required is to dl, extract and run this bundle.
