[keycloak-dev] don't look good on ipad

What doesn't look good? 

Login form should work well, if it doesn't let me know and I'll look into it. Admin console and account management needs some love, especially with regards to mobile. PatternFly/RCUE does this better than we do atm, so re-aligning with them should do the trick, which we need to do any ways.
