[keycloak-dev] Error while building Keycloak 1.3.1 sources.

Enforcer plugin looks like the way to go, but maybe we don't need to set it to 3.3.3? If it works on 3.1.x for others.

My personal preference would just say go with Maven 3.3.x, but are there anyone that objects to that?
