[keycloak-dev] Docs moved to github.io

It would be nice if we could get snapshot build documentation and legacy documentation there as well. :)

Similar to http://docs.spring.io/spring/docs/ <http://docs.spring.io/spring/docs/> has a per release documentation folder and snapshot docs are deployed as well.
