[keycloak-dev] Why do we use Beans in Freemarker templates?

It comes from the olden days when we were doing a SaaS solution as we
wanted to reduce what was possible from templates.

It makes less sense now, although can be useful in the cases when you need
some logic or formatting, or the values aren't directly available from the
models.
