[keycloak-dev] Keycloak Issue Board in JIRA

Well, up until a few days ago I could browse to an issue -> press "." (to
bring up the jira "quick-actions" menu) -> type in "git" -> and then I
could see a quick action to link a git(hub) pull request.

A longer way (IIRC) was via Link -> Add Link -> Git Pull Request (which is
now gone as well).
