[keycloak-dev] Conceptual Questions

John,

I saw your questions.  They are very good and helpful and show that we 
have not articulated things very well in our documentation.  I have not 
had enough time to answer them as our F2F created a huge backlog of 
stuff we've all had to catch up on the last few weeks.
