[keycloak-dev] Handling X509 client certificates in integration test suite

We're migrating away from the old testsuite to the new Arquillian testsuite
which I believe has support for running on HTTPS. Pavel can you get someone
to add instructions on how to run the Arquillian testsuite with SSL?
