[keycloak-dev] Keycloak release process document

Hi all,

I realized openshift-wildfly-cartridge[1] and the released process[2] links
are broken in openshift-keycloak-cartridge README[3] and I wanna fix it. I
have found the correct one for openshift-wildfly-cartridge but not for
released process. I have found the links bellow but seems all of that did
not work anymore.

Should I remove that section there or link to some other place/document?
