[keycloak-dev] module re-org complete?

Should we remove dependencies/server-[min|all] as well? For the testsuite
it'd be better to add a testsuite/embedded-server-dependencies as then it
can include all dependencies and we can re-use it for testsuite/integration
as well as all adapters.
