[keycloak-dev] travis seems to be down

Seems like they are fully operational[1]. I believe that this is the
reason:

"No output has been received in the last 10 minutes, this potentially indicates a stalled build or something wrong with the build itself."

Based on my previous experiences, it happens when the build takes too
long. Not really sure if that's the root cause, but I can help
investigating it.
