[keycloak-dev] User Federation Provider Cache

We are planning to merge the UserFederationProvider and UserProvider 
SPIs into a new User Storage SPI.  I'm actually working on that right 
now and will be posting something soon.

Is creating a provider expensive for you for your implementation?
