[keycloak-dev] Remove/unregister a registered RequiredAction from RequiredActions tab

We have REST admin endpoint for remove registered requiredAction, but 
seems it's not available in admin console UI. However if you uncheck the 
"enabled" switch for your requiredAction, it won't be used anywhere. Is 
it sufficient for your usecase?
