[keycloak-dev] Spurious logouts in AdminConsole with 2.2.0.Final (current master)

Confirmed - the issue is caused by updateToken not refreshing the token due
to a change I made with regards to timeSkew. I'll do a 2.2.1 release
tomorrow with fix as this is pretty bad.
