[keycloak-dev] Publishing "App Server + installed adapter" artifacts to Maven Central ?

These artifacts were intended for the testsuite. Not sure it's a good idea to publish them. Some server configs (ssl, threads, logging, etc) may differ depending on params/profiles you run the module with - depending on aspects which are tested.
