[keycloak-dev] Renaming testsuite/integration to testsuite/integration-deprecated

Unless someone objects I'm going start by renaming testsuite/integration to
testsuite/integration-deprecated. Created JIRA
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/KEYCLOAK-5123. Last chance to complain.
