[keycloak-dev] Test SMTP settings for realm configuration

Good morning,

Today if there's something wrong with SMTP settings, Keycloak admin will
only notice it when users start to see error messages at the "Forgot
password" form and complain or read the logs. I would like to add a button
to test the SMTP connection, like we do for LDAP.

For that I created the following Jira:

Does it make sense?
