[keycloak-dev] ui_locales query parameter?

The bottom line for the account management console is that we need a way 
to change the locale AFTER login.

In order to do this and make it "sticky", we need to do a request to the 
server, which:

  * Sets the cookie
  * Sets the UserModel
  * Reloads the page

I have found that merely setting kc_locale on a login() request meets 
this criteria perfectly.  That's why I'm asking if anyone objects to 
adding kc_locale to the LoginOptions in keycloak.js.
