[keycloak-dev] Proxy injects Role headers

Hi all,

We would like proxy to inject Role information as a header for
authorization purpouses. I think this can be easily achive by adding a
new key for "header-names" in config.json and putting the information
that already exists on the back request ...

We have a working branch for this, maybe we can pull request if is
interesting for others.
