[keycloak-dev] DB2 support?

Hey, as Stian mentioned, DB2 was causing a lot of issues, there was 
quite high maintenance cost though.

While patches from community would be nice, we still cannot start to 
support DB2 even with patches from community.

Those patches would have to make sure it doesn't break anything etc.

So imo it'd be better to leave the DB2 unsupported.
