[keycloak-dev] Deputy for users

I believe this is the first time this feature has been requested and it
wouldn't be the most straightforward thing to implement. Do you have an
idea of the effort required to implement and how you would do it?
Is there anyone else out there interested in this capability? If not it may
be better to do this as an extension (or a completely separate app).
