[keycloak-dev] Latest docker image broken: KEYCLOAK_USER: unbound variable

Hi,

it looks like the latest docker image is broken:

docker run jboss/keycloak

/opt/jboss/tools/docker-entrypoint.sh: line 39: KEYCLOAK_USER: unbound
variable

This seems to be caused by the latest changes to docker-entrypoint.sh
introduced with this commit:
