[keycloak-user] ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING

No exception on the server.  This instance is running on Vagrant + Docker,
there is a good possibility there is something going wrong with the
networking between my host and the container.  I'll try and reproduce with
wildfly running on host.
