[keycloak-user] nodejs adapter

Hello, i need to use keycloak in a nodejs server. I find that exists a
nodejs adapter in https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak-nodejs is that
repository oficial and has support? i see that nobody commits since january
and doesn`t have a tag version.

can i use https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak-nodejs for production?
