[keycloak-user] Automatic Social Account Linking

Ideally the flow we wanted is that if someone tries to login with another social network and the email already exists, we'd just ask the user to authenticate as the existing user and the user would be linked.

It's something we've planned for a while, but not had the time to do yet.
