[keycloak-user] Keycloak 1.6.1.Final Released

We've just released Keycloak 1.6.1.Final. After releasing 1.6.0.Final we
discovered some issues with migration that has been resolved in this
release. There's also a fix to a medium security issue that was introduced
in 1.6.0.Final.
