The back-channel signout requests are send and handled now. I'm not sure why it didn't work right away. But after restarting everything and removing all cookies it is working well.

Hi Robert, there's a community demo here[1] that might help you. I just
tested with Keycloak 2.0.0.Final and works like a charm.
