[keycloak-user] Does key cloak have a user session timeout for inactivity?

Yes,

it's "Session Idle timeout" and it's 30 minutes by default. Hence if no 
token refresh or no SSO login with cookie happens within 30 minutes, 
userSession is cleared and user needs to re-login.
