[keycloak-user] Admin user in Clustered Domain Mode

I think the first one is the right one:
/keycloak/bin/add-user-keycloak.sh --sc
/keycloak/domain/servers/slave1/configuration
-u admin1 -p lalalala

Did you restart slave1 afterwards?
