[keycloak-user] custom user attribute access in JS policies

I wrote a policy which is evaluated correctly but when I access it from
entitlement API the rpt does not contain the resource in permission???
I think the issue is with evaluation context.So I want to know how to access
the custom user attributes in JS policies so that I can rewrite my policy.
