[keycloak-user] Tracing back-channel logout requests/responses

Yes, you're right that we don't have anything besides the WARNING in
server.log. Better tracking (at least through events) will be good. It
will be good if event will contain all the clients, which successfully
logged-out similarly like clients, which failed to logout.
