[keycloak-user] How to integrate Keycloak with angular2 application

This problem was solved with the issue https://issues.jboss.org/
browse/KEYCLOAK-4437

I just updated the keycloak version to 3.0.0 (I was in the 2.3.0), and for
now everything is ok!
