[keycloak-user] 3.1.0.Final not found in Maven repository

We're having issues with Maven Central and are looking into it.

In the mean time you can use JBoss Releases repository at
https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/repositories/releases/. For more
details see https://developer.jboss.org/wiki/MavenRepository.
