[keycloak-user] Keycloak REST API

I have created another Jira on this topic -
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/KEYCLOAK-6662 - as the keycloak rest docs
are really poor quality in comparison to what many other products provide.

If you also feel this way, please vote on this jira.
