[keycloak-user] Release cadence

Hi Stian, 
 I'm using keycloak for more than a year and I consider it a solid and
mature project. I think that once setting up a Keycloak system, it
remain as is with less or not update, since it just run.
Said this, I do not think that frequent release is so useful for the
users.
