Hi Thomas,

I plan to work on PR for those tests at the end of this week or beginning
of next week.

Anyway I had the same problem and I fixed it by setting this value in admin
console (it is only for saml clients):

Assertion Consumer Service POST Binding URL to http://my-application/saml
