[keycloak-user] Is it possible to impersonate a user from a different realm?

Let's say you have an admin realm (which is not a master realm) and a
customer-realm. Is it possible to impersonate a user in the customer-realm,
when logged in to the admin realm? 

And if yes, how is it possible? 

If no, is there a way to archieve this programmatically, to give the admin
realm, when impersonating "master-rights"?
