[keycloak-user] Issue when two user federation providers are deployed

Please, add the exact steps to reproduce or add the code to your
federation providers. The less time people spend trying to reproduce
your scenario the better.

At the moment people are busy with other tasks, so you have to wait
a bit or if you think you can fix, please provide a patch.
