Thanks for your reply.

Would it be possible to use the current backchannel logout with own clients or is there something that prevents this?
I’ve already looked inside the source code but have not found the correct location where this logout is handled, yet.

At the moment that one isn't a priority to us. A community contribution would be more than welcome though.
