[keycloak-user] Is User Role Mappings possible by admin-cli

Ok I found it and here is the command

/opt/keycloak/bin/kcadm.sh add-roles -r <REALM-NAME> --uusername <ADMIN>
--cclientid <YOUR_APP> --rolename <ROLE-NAME>
