[keycloak-user] [keycloak-dev] Why Authz examples has been removed from 4.0.0.Beta1

They've been moved to quickstarts repository AFAIK. See 
https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak-quickstarts and the "app-authz-*" 
examples.
